What are the steps I need to follow for terminating my lease?
When the time comes to say goodbye to Stonebrook at Northside Crossing, please provide the Leasing office with written notice at least 2 full-calendar months before your lease-ending date.
If you decide you need to terminate your lease before the agreed upon lease-ending date, you must contact the Leasing office immediately. There will be a termination fee equivalent to two full months of rent that must be paid upon official notification and you will remain responsible for rent payments for the required notice period of two full calendar months following the written notice.

What should I do when I’m moving out?
- Remember to call the utility companies to suspend service in your name. The electric will return to Stonebrook at Northside’s name.
- Please remember to contact the office regarding the required professional carpet shampoo.
- We will provide you with other instructions about the condition of your unit when you sign your termination notice.
